Refund Policy

1. What the guarantee covers

Every purchase of The Native Way ($37, which includes The Elder's Morning Way free) is covered by a seven (7) day money-back guarantee, counted from the moment of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, return anything, or fill in any form.

2. How to request a refund

Reply to the receipt email you received from our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and say you would like a refund. That reply is enough. Requests made within seven days of purchase are honored in full.

3. How the refund is paid

Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. Once issued, the time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer or bank — typically a few business days.

4. After seven days

After seven days from purchase, all sales are final. Regardless of the guarantee window, a double charge, a payment taken without a delivered book, or an unauthorized payment is always corrected — reply to your receipt email and it will be made whole.

5. You keep the files

If you are refunded, you do not have to delete anything. The books stay yours. We would rather you keep them than feel the promise had small print.
