1. Who we are

This site sells The Native Way, a digital book by Joseph Standing Elk, connected to the ElderNative YouTube channel.

2. What we collect on this site

This site uses first-party measurement only. It records which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, tied to anonymous identifiers, so we can tell whether the page serves its readers well. No third-party advertising trackers run here, and no analytics data is sold or shared for advertising.

• Cookies: cv_id (an anonymous visitor identifier), cv_ab (which version of the page you were shown), and vsrc (which video brought you here, if any).
• Session storage: an anonymous session identifier, kept only by your own browser for the length of your visit.

None of these identify you by name or email. This site itself does not collect or store your name, your email address, or your payment details.

3. What the payment processor collects

Checkout happens with Dodo Payments, our payment processor, on its own secure pages. The processor collects the details needed to complete your order — your email address for the receipt and download link, and your payment details. Your card details go to the processor, never to us.

4. How information is used

• To deliver the books you bought and honor the refund policy.
• To understand, in aggregate, how this page is used so it can be improved.

5. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent any data.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not send marketing email. The only email connected to a purchase is your receipt and anything you ask us for by replying to it.

6. Your choices

You can clear or block this site's cookies in your browser at any time; the page works without them. For anything concerning your order data, reply to your receipt email.

7. Children

This site and book are intended for adults. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
